Hosting

Application data and evidence files are stored with our managed cloud database and file storage provider in region [HOSTING REGION].

Encryption

• In transit: all traffic uses HTTPS (TLS).
• At rest: the database and file storage are encrypted by the hosting provider.

Workspace isolation

Every record belongs to one company workspace. The database itself enforces row-level security on every table, so a signed-in user can only read or change rows for workspaces they are a member of, and only within their role (owner, admin, editor, reviewer, viewer). Evidence files live in a private storage area, separated by workspace, and are opened only through short-lived signed links.

Audit trail

Changes to packaging records and reports are logged automatically with who, what, when, and old and new values. The log cannot be edited from the app.

Backups

Database backups run [BACKUP FREQUENCY] and are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD].

Export

Owners and admins can export the whole workspace at any time from Settings: SKUs, packaging records, sales, reports and audit log as CSV, plus evidence files, in one ZIP.

Deletion

Owners can request workspace deletion from Settings. We complete deletion within [DELETION TIMEFRAME]. You can also email [SUPPORT EMAIL].
