May 31 supply report checklist

States with a May 31 supply report date in our rules: California, Colorado, Minnesota, Oregon.

Checklist

• Confirm you are the producer and not exempt in each state.
• List every SKU sold into each state in the reporting year, with units sold by state.
• Record each packaging component: material, weight in grams, packaging level.
• Keep evidence: spec sheets, supplier letters, invoices.
• Have a second person review and approve the packaging data.
• Total weight by material category per state, in the PRO's format.
• Submit through the PRO's portal and keep a copy of what you filed.
