Explore and remove demo data
Try a fictional snack-brand dataset without mistaking it for your filing data.
Before you start
Open Overview in your organization. Keep demonstration data separate from the records you intend to report.
Access needed
Owners, admins and editors can load or remove demo data.
Steps
- Choose Load demo company on Overview.
- Inspect the SKUs, packaging, sales and reporting examples. Look for DEMO labels.
- When finished, return to Overview and choose Delete demo data.
- Review your remaining SKU and sales records before generating a real report.
Expected result
The demo can be removed from Overview. Demo records are examples, not evidence of your obligations or fees.
Common problems
- Do not submit reports built from demo sales or packaging.
- If the demo action is not shown, check your role and whether demo data is already loaded.
